LDL particle number (LDL-P)
AdvancedTrack in Cellar· every few years

A direct count of LDL particles (in nmol/L), separate from the cholesterol those particles carry.
Why it's discussed for longevity
Sometimes used when particle and cholesterol measures disagree. ApoB covers similar ground and is more widely available.
