Terms of Service

Cellar organizes, restates, translates, and charts your own health records, and helps you share them. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always rely on a qualified clinician for decisions about your health.

You must be 18 or older. You’re responsible for the records you add and for keeping access to your email, which is how you sign in. Don’t upload data you have no right to, and don’t use Cellar to break the law.

Cellar is a paid subscription with a free trial. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and your account moves to read-only, then closes after a grace period. Billing is handled by Stripe.

Your records are yours. Export them anytime, and delete your account permanently anytime. Deletion is irreversible by design.

We work hard on accuracy — grounding every fact and routing anything uncertain to your review — but Cellar is provided “as is,” without warranties, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for verifying information before relying on it for care.
