How do I sign in — is there a password to lose?
No password to remember or recovery phrase to lose. You sign in with a secure link sent to your email, and it works across all your devices.
What exactly does the AI do?
It reads your documents to pull out values, dates, and providers, translates them, and links each fact to its source. It describes what your records say — it never diagnoses, recommends treatment, or predicts disease.
Can your staff read my records?
No. There’s no staff path to your data. It’s decrypted only to run the work you asked for, in your region, and only for you — never retained by the model, never used for training.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Every fact is grounded to the exact text it came from, and anything low-confidence or conflicting waits in a review queue for your confirmation. Nothing uncertain is ever added on its own.
Which languages are supported?
