About Cellar

Last updated June 2026

Cellar is a private, encrypted vault for your medical records, operated by PM Frontier LLC.

Why Cellar exists

Health records are scattered across hospital portals, clinic systems, PDFs, emails, and paper, in different formats and often different countries. You can rarely search your own history, carry it to a new doctor, or see how a value has moved over years. Cellar reads the documents you add and organizes them into one source-linked timeline you can search, ask in plain language, and share read-only with a clinician. You own it, not a provider or an insurer.

What we commit to

These are commitments you can check, not slogans:

  • Your records are encrypted at rest, with a separate key per record.
  • Documents are read in your assigned region under no-training terms. We never sell your data, and never use it to train AI.
  • No analytics, advertising, session recording, or third-party trackers.
  • Viewing your records is never paywalled, even if your subscription lapses.
  • You can export everything, originals plus structured data, in one tap, anytime.
  • Deletion is permanent: it destroys your account key and purges your files.

How each of these works is documented on the Security, Privacy, and Subprocessors pages, and answered plainly on the Trust page.

Built so your records stay yours

A health record is only useful if it lasts and stays portable. Cellar keeps your original files alongside the structured record it builds, exports both in standard formats on demand, and never paywalls viewing. Your data stays yours and portable, independent of your subscription, so your records never depend on Cellar staying in the picture to remain accessible. We are building Cellar for the long term, with that independence designed in from the start.

Who operates Cellar

Cellar is built and operated by PM Frontier LLC, and runs on established, enterprise-grade infrastructure, listed in full on our Subprocessors page. We hold ourselves to the commitments above and operate to them every day. Reach us through our Contact page; privacy requests go to privacy@carecellar.com, and security reports to security@carecellar.com.

Not medical advice

Cellar organizes, restates, and charts your own records. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or predict disease. Always consult a qualified clinician about your care.
